Aufgaben
- Leitung und Verantwortung für Bewohnende und Team
- Integrative, motivierende Führung und Mitarbeit in der Pflege
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflegequalität
- Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossene Pflegefachausbildung (FH/HF/AKP/FaGe mit SRK-Anerkennung)
- Führungserfahrung & abgeschlossene Führungsweiterbildung
- Erfahrung mit Demenz und herausforderndem Verhalten
- Hohe Fach-, Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- & PC-Kenntnisse, RAI-RUG von Vorteil
