Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als Assistenz (m/w/d) der Hauptabteilungsleitung
Aufgaben:
- Organisation und Koordination aller internen und externen Termine der Abteilungsleitung
- Reisemanagement innerhalb der Abteilung
- Einkauf von Standardbedarfen und Auslösen von Bestellungen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
Profil:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- mehrjährige Erfahrung als Assistenz in einem Indsutrieunternehmen
- sehr gute Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
