Description The HRSD Business Analyst bridges HR business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This role focuses on gathering requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery aligned with organizational objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders (Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, Employee Relations) to document business processes and service delivery needs.

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Process Design & Optimization:

• Map current vs. target HR service journeys and rationalize services across COEs.

• Design HRSD components: catalog items, case/task templates, SLAs, notifications, and workspace layouts.

• Solution Delivery:

• Partner with technical teams to configure ServiceNow HRSD, including integrations with HRIS (Workday, SAP).

• Author functional specifications for HR Agent Workspace and UI Builder pages.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Develop ATF test cases, support UAT, and ensure compliance with accessibility and regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate workshops and demos to align stakeholders on HRSD capabilities.

• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to HR and IT leadership.
