Als Bäcker*in (in der Nachtschicht) bereitest du Backwaren aller Art zu: vom Frühstückskipferl bis zum 2-Kilogramm-Brotlaib.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören das Mischen, das händische Aufwirken, Kneten, Drehen oder Zopfen der Teige genauso wie das Bedienen der Backöfen und der Anlagen.
Du begleitest den Backprozess in allen Phasen und arbeitest dabei eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie der Verwiegung und der Verpackung zusammen.
