A leading manufacturer in the precast concrete and construction products industry is seeking a Bilingual EHS Manager for its Brighton, Colorado operation. This person will be responsible for driving safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting both plant and field teams. The role offers significant visibility within the organization and the opportunity to influence safety culture, operational performance, and risk reduction initiatives across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EHS professional who thrives in a hands-on industrial environment and can effectively engage a diverse workforce.

The Role

  • Lead environmental, health, safety, and DOT compliance programs across manufacturing facilities and field operations.
  • Conduct safety audits, job hazard analyses, inspections, and incident investigations while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage OSHA recordkeeping, regulatory reporting, workers' compensation programs, and return-to-work processes.
  • Oversee DOT compliance requirements, including driver qualification files, vehicle inspection programs, and drug and alcohol testing programs.
  • Analyze safety trends and metrics, provide recommendations to leadership, and deliver training and communication that strengthens a proactive safety culture.

The Candidate

  • 3+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, transportation, or other heavy operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety audits, and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence employees and leaders at all levels while building accountability and engagement around workplace safety.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred, with the ability to conduct training, coaching, and safety discussions with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; safety certifications such as CSP, OSHA 30, CHST, or similar credentials are highly valued.
