Business Analyst

Incobist is looking for a Business Analyst who can transform business requirements, market insights, and operational data into actionable strategies.

The ideal candidate will work closely with management, business development, marketing, and operations teams to identify opportunities, analyze performance, improve processes, and support data-driven business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, understand, and document business requirements

Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer research

Analyze sales, marketing, operational, and business performance data

Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and management insights

Track important KPIs, targets, trends, and performance metrics

Identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions

Support management in strategic planning and decision-making

Conduct feasibility and opportunity analysis for new projects

Coordinate with different departments to understand requirements and workflows

Assist in developing business plans, strategies, and growth models

Convert data and research into clear, actionable recommendations

Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or bottlenecks

Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of business processes and strategy

Strong research and data interpretation abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations

Good written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple projects

Ability to communicate insights clearly to management and different teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Freshers with strong analytical and business skills may also be considered
