该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary 1)Conduct EHS inspection and follow up the actions closely for further improvement. 2) Lead or support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective/preventive measures. 3) Develop and deliver EHS internal training course. 4) Responsible for permits to work in construction areas, such as hot work, confined space, work at height. 5) Lead or support risk assessments, such as JSA, EHS review.. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• EHS review and Risk Control - 50% n Conduct risk assessments, develop and follow up control measures. n Conduct routine inspections and track corrective actions for identified hazards. n Supervise permit approval processes and on-site safety measures for high-risk operations (e.g., confined space entry, hot work), and monitor contractor compliance with EHS requirements. n Action follow-up from EHSR and PSSR (Pre-Safety Start-up Review). n Lead or support site JSA which is prepared by site operation team and make sure that JSA references related operating or maintenance procedures. n Support safety observation as need. 2) EHS Training – 10% n Implement EHS training as EHS plan; n Develop training contents as assigned. n Provide onsite EHS coach to front line supervisors, leaders and operators. n Incident Investigation and Lesson Sharing – 15% n Lead incident investigation. n Share the lessons from the incident with the supervisors and workshop safety staff as needed. n Implement “horizontal checking” as need. 3) Emergency Response Drill – 10% n Develop and maintain emergency response plans. n Organize regular drills based on annual plan and evaluate performance for continuous improvement. 4) Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication - 10% n Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering departments to implement EHS requirements, and participate in risk assessments and design reviews for new projects and processes. n Serve as the primary contact with government agencies (e.g., environmental protection, safety supervision, fire departments), submit monitoring reports, pass compliance inspections, and host external audits. 5) Legal compliance review – 5% n Establish the approach to obtain relevant EHS regulation, standard and rules. n Review our compliance status and propose action plan to mitigate legal risk.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related science/engineering field.
• Qualification of China Certified Safety Engineer is must. And Certified Fire Engineer is highly preferrable. And all certified Safety, Fire and EHS related certificates must be registered in Coherent while on board.
• Experience: EHS experience in manufacturing, chemical, new energy, or related industries, with familiarity in production processes and equipment risks.

Skills & Other Requirements

• Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling daily work communication and document processing;
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 / RBA management system standards is preferred;
• Understanding of China’s safety laws and regulations is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good communication and coordination skills with team spirit.

Working Conditions

• This position is based at the Fuzhou factory and requires visits to the workshop to understand production processes and working environments;
• Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.).

Physical Requirements

This job requires the employee to walk around the factory and conduct workshop inspections on a regular basis.

Safety Requirements

All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corporate EHS standards.
