装配工艺工程师（减震器）

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities工作职责：

• Production Support 生产保障 －Promptly respond to and resolve process issues, and continuously optimize and improve process stability.快速响应并解决工艺问题，并持续优化提升工艺稳定性； －Analyze manufacturing processes and process capability, and lead process continuous improvement

负责工艺过程及过程能力分析，持续优化工艺； －Responsible for WI and reference parts，support PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan etc. techinical document.

负责作业指导书和参考件，支持PFMEA、流程图、防错计划等技术文件； －Manage MSA activities for in-line measurement systems to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.

负责在线测量系统的MSA管理，确保测量系统的有效性与可靠性；

• Manufacturing Engineering 制造工程 －Participate in new equipment commissioning and ramp-up, and gain a solid understanding of product, process knowledge

参与新设备调试与导入，学习并掌握产品、工艺知识； - Be responsible or support manufacturing concept definition and process setup, process acceptance and track process open points during type integration or new equipment orprojects.

负责或支持产品集成或新设备项目中设计评审和工艺设置、工艺验收和跟踪工艺问题项； －Prepare and train operators for new production processes and equipment.

为新生产流程和设备作准备并对操作者进行培训。

• HES Responsible HSE职责

－Comply with all safety rules of the company, actively participate in safety activities, and report potential safety hazards in a timely manner.遵守公司各项安全规则，积极参加安全活动，及时汇报安全隐患； －Participate in the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards in the department, provide technical support, assist in formulating safety improvement plans参与部门安全隐患排查和整改，提供技术支持，协助制定安全改进方案。 Requirements任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历；
• More than 3 years working experience of assembly process 3年以上装配工艺经验；
• Min 2 years Project member experience至少2年项目参与经验；
• 3 years working experience of Foreign or joint venture company 3年外企或合资公司经验；
• Good command of English 较好的英语基础；
• Analytical Thinking and teamwork skills 具备较强的逻辑分析和团队协作能力。
