• Incoming Receiving Management
• Storage Location and Inventory Management
• Shipping and Material Issuance Management
• Inventory and Record Management
• SAP System and Data Management
• Administrative and Coordination Support

Administrator Job Responsibilities

• Engineers service worksheet maintain
• Engineers weekly timesheet、expense report、CVR (Customer Visit Report) collection；CVR uploaded
• warranty tool parts booking in project
• Engineers hand tools management (including purchasing、calibration)
• Cleanroom suits and shoes management (including purchasing)
• Engineer OT calculation and summary
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Ihr Profil

• experience in warehouse and inventory management
• experience with SAP
• careful and responsible
• able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• good in teamwork and capable of efficient cross-department communication
• proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• English skills - able to handle English emails and documents
• preferred - with experience in administration, business assistance, or the semiconductor industry
