DEPUTY MANAGER (M/W/D)

Vollzeit

Als Store Manager übernimmst du die Führung des Store-Teams und die Verantwortung für den gesamten Erfolg des Stores. Du sorgst für ein ansprechendes Einkaufserlebnis, stellst sicher, dass der Store die Marke Bershka widerspiegelt, und unterstützt dein Team dabei, gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen. Du verantwortest das Tagesgeschäft, behältst die Verkaufszahlen im Blick und arbeitest daran, die kommerziellen Ziele zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig stellst du einen erstklassigen Kundenservice sowie hohe Standards auf der Verkaufsfläche, im Lager und bei der Schaufenstergestaltung sicher. Außerdem planst du den Personaleinsatz und die täglichen Aufgaben, kümmerst dich um Warenbestände und Lieferungen und förderst ein sicheres und inklusives Arbeitsumfeld.

Dein Profil

Du bringst Erfahrung im Einzelhandel mit und hast bereits ein Team geführt oder angeleitet. Du überzeugst durch Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Organisationsstärke sowie durch deine kundenorientierte und unternehmerische Denkweise. Du interessierst dich für Mode, kennst aktuelle Trends und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl. Außerdem bist du bereit, flexibel zu arbeiten, auch an Wochenenden.

DEPUTY MANAGER (M/F/D)

Full-time

As Store Manager, you will lead the store team and take responsibility for the store’s overall performance. You will create an engaging shopping experience, ensure the store reflects the Bershka brand and support your team in achieving its goals. You will oversee daily operations, monitor sales performance and work towards commercial targets. At the same time, you will ensure excellent customer service and high standards across the sales floor, stockroom and window displays. You will also plan staffing and daily tasks, manage stock and deliveries, and promote a safe and inclusive working environment.

Your Profile

You have experience in retail and have already led or supervised a team. You have strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, as well as a customer-focused and commercially minded approach. You are interested in fashion, keep up with current trends and thrive in a dynamic working environment. You are also flexible and willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
