Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design
• Define and own the overall solution architecture of the MES shopfloor application
• Design scalable, modular, and maintainable .NET-based architectures
• Create end-to-end architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and deployment models
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Architect applications using:
  • .NET / .NET Core
  • Blazor (Server / WASM)
  • WPF (legacy and hybrid scenarios)
• Design and govern:
  • gRPC APIs (high-performance inter-service communication)
  • REST / Web APIs
  • Integration with PLC / OPC / shopfloor systems (conceptual and technical)
• Integration & Interfaces
  • Define integration architecture with manufacturing equipment (PLC / SPS)
  • External MES / SAP / ERP systems
  • Internal enterprise systems
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and performant API-based communication
  • Define error-handling, retry mechanisms, and observability strategies

Requirements

• Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core architecture
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Blazor
  • WPF
  • gRPC APIs
• Strong database knowledge:
  • Oracle
  • SQL Server
• Experience designing multi-tier and distributed systems
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps concepts (preferred)
