Document Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Doc Controller/Administrator to join our team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor trades working across the site to ensure compliance with site protocols
• Attend weekly AMC meetings and represent site compliance status
• Control and manage label transfer processes to trades
• Support in EHS audits
• Support in generating permits to work
• Support in onboarding new staff
• Support in system walkdowns
• Support QA on audits

Key Skills and Competencies:

• 2+ years in a fast paced, administrative environment
• Fluent Germany speaker
• A working knowledge of EHS and quality assurance practices on construction sites
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with trades, client representatives, and construction teams
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or highly regulated construction environment – Desirable***
