What they need
- Manage and maintain the company’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable DOE/JAS, DOSH/JKKP, OSHA and environmental requirements.
- Manage scheduled waste, including chemical waste storage, labelling, records, eSWIS updates and disposal arrangements.
- Maintain chemical inventory, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical labelling and proper storage practices.
- Conduct regular workplace safety, environmental and 6S inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings, emergency drills and related EHS activities.
- Assist in HIRARC, risk assessments, incident/accident investigations and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with licensed waste contractors and relevant government authorities for EHS-related matters.
- Monitor the condition of safety equipment, PPE, emergency equipment and workplace facilities.
- Prepare and maintain EHS reports, inspection records, permits, certificates and compliance documentation.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and certification requirements.
- Promote a strong safety, environmental and 6S culture throughout the factory.
- Perform other EHS-related duties assigned by management.
