- Maintain and support certification and assurance requirements, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and bizSAFE, and lead internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and certification activities.

Risk Incident and Contractor Management
- Lead workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments and site observations across office, warehouse and operational locations, ensuring identified gaps are assessed and closed promptly.
- Oversee incident, accident and near-miss investigations, determine root causes, ensure required regulatory reporting and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Govern the Permit-to-Work process and the preparation and review of risk assessments and safe work procedures for high-risk or non-routine activities.
- Set and monitor EHS requirements for contractors and service providers, including prequalification, induction, work supervision, performance review and corrective action.
- Plan and oversee safety training, toolbox meetings, awareness programmes and emergency drills to build workforce capability and strengthen a proactive safety culture.
Facilities Operations and Compliance
- Lead the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation and maintenance of Company facilities, including offices, warehouses, utilities and building infrastructure.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, fire protection, electrical installations, lighting, plumbing, security systems and other facility assets, ensuring statutory inspections and servicing are completed on schedule.
- Manage office leasing and tenant matters, including coordination with landlords, tenants and relevant stakeholders on maintenance, fit-out and service requests.
- Oversee workplace housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, space planning and general facility upkeep to maintain a safe and effective working environment.
- Maintain accurate, current and audit-ready records, including building plans, maintenance schedules, inspection reports, certificates, licences, permits, contracts and warranties.
Projects Vendors and Financial Management
- Plan and deliver facility improvement, renovation, refurbishment and upgrading projects, covering scope development, quotation or tender evaluation, execution, quality control, handover and defect rectification.
- Manage facilities and EHS service providers and contracts, including procurement support, service-level expectations, performance reviews, work verification and payment approval.
- Prepare and manage EHS and facilities operating and capital budgets, monitor expenditure and deliver appropriate cost-control measures without compromising safety, compliance or service reliability.
- Monitor utility consumption and asset performance, and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, reliability and operating cost.
Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity
- Lead facility-related emergency preparedness, response planning and drills, and coordinate follow-up actions arising from exercises or actual events.
- Support business continuity planning by assessing facility and operational vulnerabilities, maintaining response arrangements and coordinating recovery priorities with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities, customers, landlords, tenants, contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders on EHS and facilities matters.
Team and Stakeholder Leadership
- Directly supervise, coach and develop the junior facilities personnel, including allocating work, setting priorities and performance expectations, providing technical guidance and monitoring the timely completion and quality of assigned tasks.
- Partner with operations, HR, procurement, finance and other functions to embed EHS and facilities requirements into business decisions, projects and daily operations.
- Perform other related duties or lead improvement initiatives as assigned by management.

- Degree or Diploma in Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in EHS and facilities management, preferably within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another industrial environment, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore WSH, environmental, fire safety and building regulatory requirements, together with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and bizSAFE frameworks.
