EHS Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive EHS Associate to support our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in promoting a safe workplace, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate EHS programs, safety campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain EHS records, documentation, and data across various systems.
• Support EHS training, communications, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with workplace inspections, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and compliance follow-up.
• Coordinate occupational health programs and site safety activities.
• Analyse EHS data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors on EHS-related matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Preferably familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
• IT-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and digital tools.
• Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
