该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 Implement and maintain site EHS programs, policies, and management systems. 负责工厂EHS项目、制度及管理体系的实施与维护。 Ensure compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, and corporate requirements. 确保工厂符合国家法规及公司EHS要求。 Coordinate EHS training programs and certification activities for employees. 组织并协调员工EHS培训及相关资质认证工作。 Support internal audits, EHS assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. 支持内部审核、EHS评估及持续改善项目。 Conduct incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions. 参与事故调查并推动纠正及预防措施的落实。 Maintain EHS documentation, reports, records, and regulatory communications. 维护EHS相关文件、记录、报告及政府沟通资料。 Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and compliance. 支持ISO 14001及ISO 45001管理体系的运行与维护。 Work with cross-functional teams to improve workplace safety and environmental performance. 与各部门协作，持续提升安全管理水平和环境绩效。 Support facility maintenance and related EHS activities. 支持厂务设施相关EHS工作。 Qualifications 任职资格 Required 基本要求 Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. 安全工程、环境工程、化学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. 5年以上制造业EHS相关工作经验。 Good knowledge of Chinese EHS laws, regulations, and safety management practices. 熟悉中国EHS相关法律法规及安全管理要求。 Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. 具备ISO 14001及ISO 45001体系管理经验。 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 具备良好的沟通协调及问题解决能力。 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 具备良好的跨部门协作能力。 Preferred 优先条件 National Registered Safety Engineer certification. 持有注册安全工程师证书者优先。 Experience in multinational manufacturing companies. 有跨国制造企业工作经验者优先。 Experience in medical devices, life sciences, instrumentation, electronics, or industrial manufacturing industries. 有医疗器械、生命科学、仪器仪表、电子制造或工业制造行业经验者优先。
