EHS Engineer

Salary Package: Basic up to $4000

Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Working Location: Jurong Island

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain site EHS management systems to minimise workplace risks and accidents.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, Safety Case requirements and ALARP principles.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments and emergency response activities.
• Develop and conduct EHS training and awareness programmes for employees and subcontractors.
• Support safety certifications, audits, meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor plant safety performance and recommend improvements based on operational changes.
• Prepare and submit required EHS reports and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or SS 651.
