Role & responsibilities

• Identify EHS gaps and ensure actions as appropriate to overcome
• For Implementing and sustaining procedures as per EHS guidelines
• For driving lab EHS KPIs through active involvement
• Plan and ensure timely execution of EHS meeting.
• Train, develop and evaluate as per safety guidelines
• Coordinate to execution planned EHS trainings in at Site.
• Suggest and motivate people to increase their alertness level for safety
• Support to maintain the RCMS and all EHS related documents
• Continuously monitor the safety culture through BBSO/ yellow cards and support implementation of A-PMA safety initiatives.
• Legal Compliance related to EHS.
