EHS Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
• Lead site safety, risk assessments and audits
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Drive accident prevention and safety improvement initiatives
• Manage environmental compliance and workplace safety
• Conduct EHS training and awareness programs
• Lead and mentor the EHS team across project locations
• Prepare and monitor EHS performance reports

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering / Science / Environmental Science background with Industrial Safety qualification
• Strong experience in EHS management within project-based industries
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively across India

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

• Do you have experience in MEP, HVAC, EPC, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects?
• Do you hold an Industrial Safety qualification along with certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor?
• Have you handled statutory EHS compliance, risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, environmental compliance, and EHS training across multiple project sites?
• Are you comfortable with frequent travel across India and managing/leading EHS teams at multiple project locations?
