EHS Manager

Our Client is a global data center company.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS strategy, objectives and performance standards.
• Provide EHS oversight across design, construction and operations environments.
• Establish and maintain a robust EHS Management System and assurance framework.
• Conduct audits, assessments and compliance reviews across workplaces, projects and operations.
• Monitor EHS performance, trends, incidents and improvement plans.
• Ensure incident reporting, investigations and statutory compliance requirements are met.
• Analyze EHS data and drive risk reduction and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies related to EHS matters.
• Promote EHS culture, competency development and continuous learning.
• Advise management on legislative, regulatory and industry EHS developments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology or related field
• Relevant professional EHS certification, registration or accreditation
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in design and construction environments
• Experience developing and implementing EHS management systems and programs
• Knowledge of international EHS standards and best practices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital EHS management platforms
• Power BI experience is advantageous
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
