Role & responsibilities

EHS Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with local, state, and central regulations (BOCW, Factory act, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, CPCB).
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
• Lead safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.

ISO / Quality Management Systems

• Maintain and continuously improve Integrated Management Systems (IMS) per ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external certification and surveillance audits
• Manage documentation control, SOPs, work instructions, and records per ISO requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with ISO certification / ISO implementation experience preferred
