Sie sind das erste freundliche Gesicht unserer Praxis: Sie empfangen Patientinnen und Patienten, koordinieren Termine, telefonieren souverän und behalten am Empfang den Überblick.
Was Sie erwartet:
- Herzlicher Patientenkontakt & professionelle Kommunikation
- Termin- und Kalendermanagement
- Koordination mit Behandlern und Prophylaxe
- Moderner Arbeitsplatz mit klaren Abläufen
Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung am Empfang einer Zahnarztpraxis oder vergleichbar
- Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Sichere PC-Kenntnisse (z. B. Praxissoftware)
Plus (gern gesehen):
- Kenntnisse in der Abrechnung (BEMA/GOZ), idealerweise mit DENSoffice
