What they need
Employee Benefits/HRO experience and mandatory RCA skills. Manage benefits administration, accounting entries, reconciliations, MIS and dashboards. Graduate/PG preferred; SAP HCM/FICO, MS Office and team management preferred.
Required Candidate profile
Experience in HR benefits operations or
shared services environment
Strong team-managerial competencies,
managing atleast 5-7 team-members
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
