该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities： 1, Professional Technical Supports on Environmental Facility on CPO and SiC – 30%

• Monitor the performance of environmental facility on CPO and SiC, and offer technical support for operation optimization of environmental facility;
• Implement remedy actions if abnormal is detected, include improving actions, additional sampling as law enforce department request;
• Implement environmental facility operation audit in accordance with company’s schedule;
• Monitor and track PM progress implemented by facility department. 2, Implement Environmental Good Practise and Control Environmental Risk on CPO and SiC – 25%
• Be responsible in the execution of good practice of environment-friendship in CPO and SiC through EHS organization of CPO and SiC;
• Follow CPO&SiC EHS manager’s instruction for environmental control;
• Organize necessary environmental related emergency response preparation and emergency drill on CPO and SiC, as well support CPO and SiC EHS manager in establishment of ERT;
• Offer Environmental related training for facility and operators according to operation demand and company’s training plan;
• Establish a suitable Environmental procedure and practise in CPO and SiC operation in align with applicable code and rules, such as ISO14001/45001, RBA and others.
• Monitor general waster, industrial waster and hazardous waster operation is ran in compliance with regulation requirement. 3, Support Environmental Manager in Compliance Action – 20%
• Support company wide environmental compliance action as the instruction by environmental manager;
• Implement essential EIA and acceptance progress in CPO and SiC operation;
• Offer technical support to environmental facility out of CPO and SiC operation as request. 4, Environmental Sampling and Test on CPO and SiC Operation Site – 20%
• Implement regular environmental related sampling on CPO and SiC as permit request;
• Monitor environmental online monitoring;
• Analyze environmental discharge concentration and take action before the situation go wrong. 5, Environmental Incident Investigation and Corrective Action – 5%
• Organize environmental related incident investigation on CPO and SiC, as corporation definition of incident management;
• Develop action plan to remedy the systematic faults. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree and above, major in environment related subject.
• Experience in Environmental Engineering and site environmental maintenance, especial on water related facility, is preferrable.
• Be good at English reading and writing;
• Understand environment emission/discharging standard, and control point;
• Rich knowledge on environmental treatment facility;
• Be familiar with office applications.
