Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe) im 80%-100% Pensum.
Aufgaben
- Einsatzplanung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden
- Individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Pflege & Betreuung der Klientinnen und Klienten
- Dokumentation & Evaluation der erbrachten Leistungen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten
- Region Aargau / Solothurn
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit
- Versiert im Umgang mit PC
- Führerausweis Kat. B
- Erfahrung im Spitex-Bereich und mit Perigon von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2), mündlich und schriftlich
- Hohe Fach-, Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz sowie belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit
