The Job

You’ll deliver packages along FedEx Ground routes in Leander and North Austin, driving a company-provided 26-foot box straight truck. The routes cover about 80 miles per day and average eight hours, until all packages are delivered. The work involves loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and getting in and out of the truck to deliver packages to doorsteps or other delivery points.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $200 per day
• Pay structure: Flat daily rate
• Training: Five days of paid training
• Pay frequency: Weekly, Friday

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must complete TSA Background check
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
