• Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Produktion
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Personaleinsatzplanung
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Prozessen
• Budgetverantwortung und -kontrolle
• Beachtung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit und Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter
• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption von Fertigungslinien und Betriebsmitteln
• Koordination und Durchführung diverser Projekte

Your profile

• Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
• Fachwissen im Bereich mechanische Bearbeitung und WIG-Schweißen
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
• Erste Führungserfahrungen
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende einzubinden und zu motivieren
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse erforderlich
