Fertigungsplaner /-in (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen engagierten Fertigungsplaner /-in (m/w/d), der sein Fachwissen in einem innovativen technischen Umfeld einbringt. Dabei übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich Entwicklungsaufgaben und arbeiten eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung umfangreicher Fertigungskonzepte und Automatisierungsprojekte;
• Verantwortlich für die Systemanbindung an Fertigungsleitsysteme gemäß Industrie 4.0 Anforderungen;
• Beschaffung von Fertigungseinrichtungen und verantwortlich für Prozess-Neuentwicklungen sowie Verbesserung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse;
• Planung von erforderlichen Betriebsmittel für die Fertigungsabläufe;
• Durchführung von Fertigungsanalysen, Bewertung der Realisierungsmöglichkeiten, Mitarbeit in SE/Ratio-Projekten und Unterstützung im internationalen Fertigungsverbund (IPN);
• Erarbeitung kreativer Lösungen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Fertigungssystemen;

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Mechatronik oder vergleichbar;
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Fertigungsplanung und beim Einsatz von Schweißverfahren;
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Ergonomie und Zeitwirtschaft;
• Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse;
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit hohem Maß an Selbständigkeit und Organisationsvermögen, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Kreativität;
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse;
