Finance & Admin Manager

Finance & Accounting Functions

• Full set of accounts – GL / AR / AP
• Bank Reconciliation, monthly reports, etc
• Quarterly GST Filing
• Update project status, progress claim and tax invoice
• Liaise with corporate secretary on annual filing
• Liaise with external auditors

Administration Functions (As a backup)

• Attend to incoming calls
• Liaise with vendors on office supplies and equipment maintenance
• Maintain project agreements and contracts
• General Office administration
• Liaise with travel agent on travel booking

Human Resource Functions

• Payroll & CPF contribution
• Apply Employment Pass
• Handle staff timesheet submission (as a backup)
• Maintain and update staff benefits, profile, annual leave, medical leave, staff insurance, etc (as
  a backup)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• At least 10 years’ experience in Project Accounting
• Experience in using Deltek / VantagePoint & Access Easypay payroll software will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & computer skills
• Experience in Project Accounting, audit and tax
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details
• Has initiative and able to work independently
• Effective interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
