We are looking for an experienced, organized, and client-focused Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, support our team, and ensure every client receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Manager plays an important role in the day-to-day success of SkinCentrix Wellness Haus. This individual will oversee reception operations, manage appointments, support service providers, lead front desk staff, and help maintain a high standard of client care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, confident in sales, and passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure the spa runs smoothly.
• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and scheduling.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
• Supervise, train, and support front desk team members.
• Process payments, manage transactions, and complete daily cash reconciliation.
• Educate clients about spa services, skincare treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Support sales goals, client retention, rebooking, and membership or package sales, where applicable.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate schedules and communication between practitioners and management.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment information.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative duties, inventory tracking, and daily reporting.
• Uphold SkinCentrix Wellness Haus's standards of service, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a spa, medical aesthetics clinic, skincare clinic, salon, or wellness environment.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Experience with booking software and point-of-sale systems.
• Comfortable discussing skincare services and recommending appropriate treatments or retail products within the scope of the role.
• Strong sales, rebooking, and client relationship-building skills.
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
