What they need
Wir bauen einen KI-Tutor für Schulen und starten in zwei Wochen in die Pilotphase. Über 25 Schulen stehen bereits auf der Warteliste, aus ganz Deutschland und auch international.
Nachfrage ist nicht unser Problem. Unser Engpass ist gerade technische Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit.
Wir suchen jemanden, der schon echte Software gebaut hat, schnell lernt und pragmatisch arbeitet. AI-native ist wichtig, aber nicht als Ersatz für Engineering-Grundlagen. Du solltest mit modernen AI-Tools arbeiten können, zum Beispiel Claude oder Codex, aber trotzdem verstehen, was du baust.
Schwerpunkt: AI Product Engineering, Produktinfrastruktur, Datenflüsse und schnelle Feature-Umsetzung.
Kein Senior-Berater, kein zweiter Founder. Wir suchen jemanden, der Verantwortung übernimmt, technische Probleme sauber durchdenkt und schnell liefert.
Remote. Bezahlt.
