• Design and develop medium voltage switchgears.
• Provide technical expertise on product performance and reliability.
• Conduct Type tests as per IEC standards for MV products at third-party labs like CPRI, ERDA, and CESI.
• Perform in-house verification and validation for medium voltage equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of V&V activities.
• Develop and implement detailed verification and validation plans, including test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on product requirements and specifications for MV switchgear up to 36kV.
