About the role

You will work as a member of our onboard product delivery team on one of our fleet of 3 large commercial charter vessels. You will work alongside other marine crew members such as Masters, Engineers and fellow General Purpose Hands. Other onboard departments include our Restaurant Team, Galley and Entertainment Teams. You will be reporting to the Marine Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Master in the safe delivery of all cruise products
• Ensure the vessel is detailed to the designated standard prior to every departure
• Whilst underway work within our Restaurant Team to assist with product delivery
• Whilst underway assist the Master with watchkeeping and securing the vessel to wharves
• Provide all guests with warm and professional customer service

About you

• Valid AMSA General Purpose Hand endorsement
• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Right to work in Australia
• 1 year as a General Purpose Hand is preferable but not required
• Available to work a rotating roster, including dinner cruises and weekend shifts
