  • Collaborate with the Global EHS Program Management organization to ensure effective portfolio execution, resource alignment, governance compliance, and successful implementation of critical initiatives.
  • Build organizational capability through technical leadership, mentoring, standards development, and the application of advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrated expertise in safety performance management, including target governance, metric development, data quality management, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Experience leading complex multi-functional programs or portfolios, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive partner engagement.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate complex technical concepts, and drive organizational improvements through teamwork and technical expertise.
