- Coordinate the implementation of data quality standards with business units and system owners.
- Identify, prioritise and track data quality issues and corrective actions.
- Adapt group-wide governance principles to different organisational structures and systems.

- Support project reporting, decision-making and continuous process improvement
Candidate Requirements:

- Ability to put concepts into practice: Can explain how high-level requirements become operational roles, processes, controls, metrics and actions.
- Experience in complex organisations: Has worked across multiple functions, entities or decentralised units and can navigate differing needs and levels of maturity.
- Ability to manage project work: Can structure and coordinate a project or sub-project, clarify responsibilities, track progress and provide reliable updates.
- Cross-system perspective: Understands that data is created, maintained and used across multiple processes and systems. Deep technical expertise is not essential, but effective collaboration with IT and business teams is.
- Stakeholder and communication skills: Can explain complex topics clearly, adapt communication to the audience and build alignment across different groups.
- Structured delivery: Documents decisions and actions clearly, follows up on responsibilities and escalates issues when needed
