HR Executive

Location: Penang, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for full-time employees and interns, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day HR matters, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Collect and verify payroll information, and assist with payroll administration and statutory matters such as EPF and SOCSO.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and internal training, and maintain training records.
• Track and summarise office expenses, including rent, utilities, and recruitment costs.
• Assist with office administration, supplies, and maintaining the office environment.
• Prepare regular updates on recruitment, staffing, payroll, and office expenses.
• Support other HR and office administration duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic HR procedures in Malaysia; knowledge of EPF and SOCSO is an advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and other office software.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to communicate and coordinate effectively.
