HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

• Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

• Handle ESI & PF processing and compliance

• Support payroll coordination and employee queries

• Maintain HR reports and ensure policy compliance

• Use HR tools for efficient employee management

  Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in HR / Business Administration

• 1-2 years of HR experience

• Knowledge of ESI, PF, and HR processes

• Good communication and organizational skills
