HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive with good knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The candidate must have practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, employee registration, contribution filing, and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of PF and ESIC rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Assist in recruitment process – job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory norms.Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, warning, etc.).Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.Manage day-to-day employee queries and grievances.Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and practices.Assist HR Manager in audits, reports, and compliance tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
