HR Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, documentation, and background verification.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRMS data, and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and employee regularisation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and new joiners/exits.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
• Assist with performance appraisal, confirmation, promotions, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Support statutory compliance relating to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable labour regulations.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, attendance reports, and management reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal HR initiatives.
• Conduct exit formalities, clearance processes, final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
