4. Key Job Responsibilities

1. Full-cycle Recruitment Management

Handle company-wide end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up, offer issuance and onboarding procedures. Fulfil manpower demands of all departments and ensure timely candidate placement.

2. Payroll Calculation & Salary Administration

Responsible for monthly payroll execution, attendance verification, allowance and deduction reconciliation. Ensure 100% accuracy of salary calculations. Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement, maintain payroll records and handle employee salary enquiries.

3. MPF Compliance & Administration

Manage all MPF-related procedures including account opening, fund transfer, monthly contribution reconciliation, declaration and staff record updates. Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong MPF regulations and guarantee accurate and complete MPF contributions for all staff.

4. General HR Administration

Manage full-cycle personnel procedures including staff onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and leave administration. Maintain employee records, employment contracts and personnel databases, and optimize internal HR SOPs.

5. Ad-hoc Administrative Support

Provide occasional administrative support, including meeting arrangement, document sorting, office supply management, visitor reception and daily office logistics support to ensure smooth daily operations.

6. HR Compliance & Documentation

Prepare monthly HR statistics, recruitment reports and personnel summaries. Support internal compliance reviews, audits and regulatory document filings, ensuring all HR records are well-documented, traceable and compliant.

5. Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred;

2. Minimum 3---5 years of solid HR working experience in Hong Kong. Candidates with working experience in SFC Type 1 / 4 / 9 licensed securities firms or asset management companies are highly preferred. Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, payroll operations and full-cycle MPF administration with solid financial industry compliance knowledge;

3. Experienced in full-cycle recruitment and capable of independently handling recruitment, payroll calculation and MPF declaration procedures;

4. Meticulous, data-sensitive, responsible and able to work under pressure;

5. Possess basic administrative skills and willing to support ad-hoc office administrative duties;

6. Prior HR experience in securities or financial institutions is a strong advantage.

6. Preferred Qualifications

1. Hold professional HR certifications and in-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF compliance requirements;

2. Possess 5+ years of HR working experience in SFC Type 1 / 4 / 9 licensed financial institutions, familiar with financial HR compliance, licensed staff recruitment and Responsible Officer (RO) personnel management;

3. Able to independently manage full-spectrum HR work including recruitment, payroll, MPF and compliance administration, with strong problem-solving abilities for complex financial HR matters.
