HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll & Salary Management: Manage monthly payroll processing, salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, attendance inputs, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• PF, Pension & Statutory Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance related to EPF/PF, pension, ESI, professional tax, gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements, including employee registrations, contributions, records, reconciliations, and timely filings.
• Payroll Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular audits of payroll, salary records, PF/pension contributions, employee contracts, and statutory documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Employee Benefits: Handle employee queries and processes related to PF, pension, ESI,
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, department heads, and senior leadership to resolve payroll, statutory, and employee-related matters.
• AI Integration: Use AI-powered HR platforms and automation tools to streamline HR operations, documentation, reporting, and workforce analytics.
• HRIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate reports related to payroll, PF, pension, attendance, headcount, and other HR metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, or HR Generalist functions.
• Payroll & Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll processing, PF/EPF, pension, ESI, professional tax, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
• HRIS & Technology: Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems and practical use of AI tools for HR automation, documentation, and data analytics.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, employee relations, and stakeholder management skills.
