Job Overview

We are looking for a GHRS Specialist to support day-to-day HR Shared Services operations. This role will handle HR system support, employee data management, HR records, service requests, and other HR-related administrative activities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to service level standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day HR Shared Services (GHRS) operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle and resolve ServiceCentral requests based on assigned access and processes.
• Provide support for HR systems and employee-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personal files.
• Ensure employee data is handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and proper privacy standards.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of trackers.
• Follow established GHRS processes, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve team efficiency.
• Participate in HR-related and office-wide projects and other ad hoc assignments.
• Coordinate with HR teams and colleagues to resolve issues and provide quality internal customer support.
• Maintain a high standard of service when responding to employee and HR-related concerns.
• Support process mapping, documentation, and process improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HR processes and policies to provide accurate support.
• Manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency and service requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• HR Shared Services experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in HR administration, HR operations, employee records, or HR systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently while following established instructions and processes.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain good working relationships.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and North America hours.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
