Job Summary

Am Standort Althofen in Kärnten suchen wir Verstärkung für unser HR-Team als HR Trainee (m/w/d).

• Du arbeitest aktiv an Projekten in der Personalentwicklung mit – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung

• Du recherchierst Trends und Themen und bringst eigene Impulse & Empfehlungen ein

• Du bekommst Einblicke in das Recruiting und gehst aktiv auf die Suche nach den Talenten von Morgen

• Du unterstützt bei vielfältigen HR-Themen und lernst das Große Ganze kennen

• Du bist Teil des HR-Tagesgeschäfts und packst auch bei operativen Aufgaben mit an

Das bringst Du mit:

• Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf HR
• Erste Kenntnisse in der Personalentwicklung sind von Vorteil
• Du bist kommunikativ, neugierig und bringst Dinge gerne voran
• Du hast ein gutes Auge für Design und visualisierst Inhalte gerne klar und ansprechend
• Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
• Du hast Freude daran, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und im Team etwas zu bewegen
