Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end PF and ESIC compliance for employees.
- Manage monthly PF and ESIC calculations, deductions, and contributions.
- Ensure timely filing of PF and ESIC returns/challans and payment of statutory dues.
- Ensure accurate EPF deductions and contribution records during monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain employee EPF-related records and documentation.
- Support employees with queries related to EPF accumulation, withdrawals, pension, and applicable benefits.
- Coordinate and ensure timely statutory compliance related to EPF.
- Onboarding formalities and exit formalities
