Anforderungen:

- Selbständige, proaktive und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Fundierte HR-Kenntnisse
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit am Telefon und schriftlich
- Genauigkeit und Diskretion
Aufgaben:
- Bearbeitung von Standardanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Prozessen
- Entlastung des Teams bei Routineaufgaben und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Bearbeitung
- Deutsch Muttersprache oder C2
