Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

• ?Establish and monitor KPI reporting for events, campaigns, budgets and overall marketing performance.
• Build, deploy and maintain Power BI dashboards, while contributing to the strategic development of the reporting roadmap.
• Connect and model client, lead, behavioral and satisfaction data from multiple sources.
• Transform data into actionable commercial insights on engagement trends, effectiveness and prospect-to-client conversion.
• Work closely with Central Marketing and the Marketing and Sales teams of Private Wealth Management and Asset Management, with potential extension to further business lines.
• Coordinate requirements and delivery with IT BV and CRM teams and follow CRM developments to ensure reporting remains aligned with the evolving data landscape.
• Contribute to the onboarding of marketing analytics use cases onto Snowflake, including data preparation, modelling and validation.
• Explore business questions proactively and translate them into practical analytical solutions that improve client understanding and decision-making.

Anforderungsprofil

Anforderungen

• ?Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree and available as either a working student or an intern.
• Practical experience in marketing, marketing analytics, CRM, sales analytics or a comparable business environment.
• Strong Power BI skills, including data preparation, modelling and dashboard development; sound SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong client and business understanding, with the curiosity and drive to explore data and serve commercial needs.
• Creative, proactive and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills and confidence in working with business and IT stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and in German or French; knowledge of all three languages is an advantage.
