IT Project Manager (Office Relocation) – 6 month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the Hong Kong office relocation project
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate IT infrastructure migration (network, cabling, AV, end-user devices)
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and service delivery
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels (senior leadership, regional teams, local staff, external partners)
• Facilitate regular status reporting and steering committee updates
• Ensure minimal business disruption during the transition
• Oversee space planning and workplace design in collaboration with facilities teams
• Manage change management and communication plans for the move
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Allianz standards
• Ensure project budget and cost management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 office relocation or workplace transformation projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, AV, end-user computing)
• Proven stakeholder management skills across senior and operational levels
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent (written and spoken) – required for regional and global communication
• Cantonese: Native or fluent – required for local team and vendor engagement
• Mandarin: Proficiency is a plus
