Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (Fachschule, HTL, FH etc.)
- Zumindest 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrung in der Systemadministration
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Grundlagenkentnisse im Bereich IT-Security
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Aufgaben
- Betreuung unserer Windows System- und Applikationslandschaft
- Netzwerk: Überwachung Betrieb, Verwaltung, Sicherheit, -struktur und -performance
- Weiterentwicklung von Infrastruktur und Systemen anhand unserer IT-Strategie
- Beratung der Anwender bei Problemen und Fragen im Bereich Software und Hardware
- Qualifizierung, Priorisierung und Lösung von Incidents im Ticketsystem
- Konfiguration und Installation von Servern, Clients, Netzwerkkomponenten und Peripherie
- Abwicklung von IT-Projekten und Teilprojekten
- Zusammenarbeit und Aufgabenkoordination im IT-Team
