Aufgaben
Ihr Aufgabenbereich:
Zubereitung der Speisen im á la Carte und Veranstaltungsgeschäft
Kreation neuer Gerichte für die Gäste des Restaurants
Mise en Place am kalten und warmen Posten
Einhaltung der HACCP Richtlinien
Qualifikation
Sie sollten eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch/Köchin haben
