RE AUFGABEN:
Übernahme einzelner Vermietungsaufträge
Abschlüsse von Mietverträgen und Durchführung von Besichtigungen
Controlling der Vermietungsprozesse innerhalb des Unternehmens
Überprüfung der Vermietungserfolge überregionaler Vermietungsmandate
Qualitätskontrolle und Management des Marketings (Social Media, Onlinemarketing etc.)
Pflege und Ausbau unserer Vermietungssoftware
IHR PROFIL:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann/-frau
Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
Oder als motivierter Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung und Interesse an Immobilien
Erfahrungen im Mietrecht ist wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
Verantwortungsvolle, sorgfältige sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Gehalt: 38,61€ - 55,17€ pro Stunde
Arbeitsort: Mobil
